We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover and most recently, PayPal.

We submit your credit card transaction to the Authorize.net, our payment gateway, via a secure SIM protocol connection. Authorize.Net is uncompromising when it comes to providing trustworthy payment processing services. For receiving and transmitting customer payment information Authorize.Net implements the most advanced Internet security protocols including 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

On top of that, Authorize.Net consistently employs an extensive number of strong practices, procedures and industry leading technologies to maintain tight security for the entire payment gateway platform.

They also maintain compliance with high quality security programs developed by the card associations, such as Visa Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) and MasterCard Site Data Protection (SDP); and are continually investing time and money to maximize the security surrounding the payment gateway.

We do not offer gift certificates at this time.

Do you have a physical store? (back to top)

We do not have a physical store at this time. However, we do showcase most of our items in our online store, at local craft fairs, and through our affiliate store locations.

Do you offer a paper catalog? (back to top)

We do not offer a paper catalog primarily because it would conflict with our green business practices. Most of our items our available within the products section of our website.

Can I order products over the telephone? (back to top)
We do not accept telephone orders at this time. All purchases must be made through the website or by visiting us at a local event .

How do I obtain a receipt for my purchase? (back to top)

You will be emailed a receipt after you have completed a purchase online. You may also log into the order status page to view your order information as well as print a copy of the receipt.

Can I add, change, or remove items from my order after it has been submitted? (back to top)

Unfortunately there is no way for you do alter an order after it is submitted. The only option is to contact us to have your order canceled (please provide your name, order number, purchase date, and contact information). You must then complete a new transaction.

You can view the status of your order by visiting the order status page.

You may cancel an order by contacting us. Please provide your name, order number, purchase date, and contact information.

We do not offer gift packaging at this time.
