With my ongoing dis-agreement between me and my resident squirrels I have taken new action. As I don’t mind feeding the squirrels ,they need to share, but they seem to have other thoughts. They would sit in the feeders each taking turns, there at times are 5 and they eat till the feeders are empty…

Once again we have put up our Marine flag and yellow ribbon. This time wishing our second son Richard and his fellow Marines a safe deployment and safe return from the Middle East. We will keep the front light on for a safe return to Richard and all in his unit.

We recently spent our vacation in Surfside Beach, SC. While we were there we were treated to a lightning show that was spectacular. Here are some pictures I was able to take. Oh, during this time we saw quite a few bats flying around.
